A male patient presented with RIF pain

*Investigation:*
CT NCAP without contrast
*Findings:*
▪️Soft tissue density lobulated mass seen in cecum and proximal ascending colon.
▪️This mass acts as lead point, resulting in ileocolic intussusception, with telescoping of terminal ileum into cecum, however no dilatation of proximal bowel appreciated.
▪️Associated mesenteric fat and vessels are seen invaginating within the intussuscepted segment
▪️No intra abdominal lymphadenopathy
▪️No definite intraperitoneal free air seen.
*Differentials:*
▪️Neoplastic
▪️Inflammatory/Infective etiology
*Referral:*
Urgent surgical evaluation is advised
