CT abdomen with IV and per rectal contrast
Findings :
. Bowel (sigmoid colon)perforation with leakage of contrast and Pneumoperitonium
. Moderate free fluid
. Portal venous gas
. Pseudoaneurysm of right external iliac artery
. Mild Bilateral pleural effusion
